If you enable the support account, Cmd support can use it to log in to your environment for troubleshooting, assistance, etc. When you turn it on, you can choose how long before it automatically turns off. When enabled, support account has full global administrator privileges.

Only global administrators can change this setting.

1. From the drop-down menu in the upper right, go to 'App settings'.
2. On the left-side menu, click 'Global security settings'.
3. Scroll down to 'Support account settings', and select the desired state.
